Don’t be put off when I tell you I’ve never had a days formal training…I’ve learnt from the best since I was tall enough to reach the Aga – my mum. I could never understand how when I went to the fridge and complained bitterly that “I’m hungry and there’s nothing to eat” mummy could create a feast to sate even the most ravenous of appetites.

Now though I can create similar marvels without a blink of the eye and with a blank canvas there is nothing I can’t achieve for you.
